Amy discovered the profound power and gifts of group coaching through years of bringing groups of women and men together in informal settings. This realization paved the way for her structured group programs. From navigating the initial challenges of launching a formal coaching program to effectively managing group dynamics—balancing conflicts, engagement, and support—Amy reveals her approach to fostering a cohesive group environment. She also highlights the importance of continuous evolution, discussing how refining her program over time through feedback and lessons learned has enhanced its impact and success.
Michael launched a group for artists in the fall of 2022, which was so successful that they’re still meeting now! He is in the process of launching a group for engineers and will share what he's learned about marketing along the way: techniques and tactics and the inner work required to deliver on them.
Liah will talk about the unique power of group coaching to affect positive change in peoples' lives and the importance of community. She will also share the background work and preparation that goes into creating and maintaining a strong group coaching program and strategies that have worked for her to attract clients who are a good fit for her program.
