Mallory is an ICF-accredited coach and learning practitioner who believes everyone deserves access to meaningful leadership development. Throughout her career, she’s partnered with thousands of emerging and executive leaders to learn, grow, and drive lasting change at work. 

As the Head of Coaching & Curriculum at Medley, a group coaching platform equipping organizations to advance leadership growth and impact at scale, Mallory leads a community of expert coaches delivering transformative group coaching experiences inside organizations. Her own coaching specializations include transition, communication, and sustainable excellence. 

Previously, Mallory designed and led learning and development initiatives for Oakland Public Library, Miro, Culture Amp, and Blue Bottle Coffee. She is a lifelong learner and daily walker who enjoys great conversation, reading recommendations, and connecting with coaches.
